BACKGROUND: LCR Capital Partners is a private investment firm that builds, operates and invests growth capital, primarily in the quick service restaurants (QSR), fast casual restaurants and hospitality sectors. We offer debt and equity capital to experienced operators and franchisors in the U.S.’s top franchised restaurant brands. LCR exclusively focuses on proven high-quality franchise brand Franchisors who meet our underwriting criteria.

LCR sources its capital from global high net worth investors seeking permanent residency within the guidelines of the EB-5 Investor Visa Program, a 25 year old program that encourages foreign investment in U.S. job- creating businesses. As a firm founded by first-generation U.S. immigrants, we understand first-hand the challenges and opportunities of building a new life in America and are committed to ensuring that all of our international investors and their families enjoy a timely and successful transition into the United States.

LCR FRANCHISE FINANCE: LCR Franchise Finance is the specialty lending arm of LCR Capital Partners. Its only business is making loans and equity investments to franchisors looking to build additional store locations.

The underwriting process is no different than any loan or investment process. The only additional information needed would be financial returns of the stores after they are already up and running, which is standard information in any loan agreement.

Another unique feature of the program is that nearly all loans are structured as INTEREST ONLY, thereby benefiting any franchisor looking to expand while keeping an eye on conserving cash flow to service the debt payments.

MANAGEMENT TEAM & TRACK RECORD: LCR and its affiliates have successfully deployed over $500 million of franchise loans to build over 3,000 stores as well as over $200 million of franchise operations and M&A experience. In addition, the firm has over $10 billion of real estate financing experience. Therefore, when it comes to one of the most important criteria an EB-5 investor should use when selecting a Regional Center [proven job-creation capability], LCR’s management team has created over 75,000 jobs over the last 20+ years.

LCR’s senior leadership team was assembled from many of the world’s leading global institutions including McKinsey & Co., EMP Global, JPMorgan Chase, Blackstone, UBS, Credit Suisse, Fox Point Capital, HSBC, Rio Bravo Investimentos, Nomura, INVESCO, Merrill Lynch, Frontier Strategy Group and the Corporate Executive Board.
